wow it's been forever again...I've had some ideas to get myself back to blogging. like blogging stories of my nights out with the girls, or stories about the pups...

But nothing ever gets done

I've noticed though that blogging has a way of keeping the mind in tact...Looking back on old posts I've remembered time lines that are sometimes forgotten...

I would have never remembered that I got Dane on March 11 th...
Good to know information :-) and I'd forgotten that I had Dane a almost year before I got Luna.

Oh guess I should catch you up on that one... I did get a new puppy. Luna joined my family around November 13 th. She was somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks old and a little black ball of fur :-) Luna we think is a Papillon/Pomeranian mix. She went to the vet as soon as I could get her in, but we got some bad news. Luna has a stage 5/6 heart mummer. I'm not really sure what this means, but it didn't sounds good. They gave Luna 6 months to a year to live. So, I took Luna home and l give her lots of love. Luna is the healthiest sick dog I know :-) She is 2 now and loves people and has more energy than I could even imagine having. Luna's favorite things to do are cuddle and eat. She is my beautiful baby girl. And her nick name...LunaTic.

Life is good, I have a great job, love my pups, I have a wonderful family, and a decent guy in my life...oh and I can't forget wonderful friends.

Well, I'm back again. It's been a wile and of course I'm a slacker.

MY animals are all doing well, I'll post some pics soon.

I just got a new job doing. I've taken somewhat of a promotion. I hope that things really work out. I start the 24 of Oct. And I will have to move closer to Dallas soon. I don't think that I can make on hour and 10 min commute for forever. This will be all good though. It will be nice to have my own place again. Maybe I will get Dane a play mate. Since, I am having to give up Nyx.

This also won't be good for my ski trip this year. Maybe I will be able to make it on a weekend.( The one time a year that I'm actually happy to see snow.)

Anyways, I'm off to post a pic or two.

I just posted the below and realized that I haven't really said much in a while. Soccer has finally come to an end. We had a wonderful season and I already miss my kids!

I did buy the seadoo! And am having a blast when I'm getting to take it out. Unfortunately I'm not getting to go to the lake as much as I would like.

We have a new member of the family! Electra Nyx is a full sized Doberman Pincher. She is about a week younger than Dane. She has turned Dane into a wonderful little man. They play and get along so well, I'll have to post some pics soon, but not today!

Today, the big news is Nathan. I'm so excited to have him back in my life, I can only hope that he feels the same! Actually, I know he does and that makes things.....Just good (great). :)
I'm not going to gush, but I'm so excited. He is such a wonderful man.

This Week

This week has been really busy. I've gone swimming with friends a couple of night. And the nights that I have had a moment to relax, I had to wait till soccer was over. My soccer team is doing really great so far this season. I hope all the little kids are having as much fun as I am. It is so cool to see them learn things and acctually make what we've taught them happen in a game.

I'm also looking into buying a sea-doo. We will have to wait and see what happens. But, what fun would it be to have something like that on a warm summer day!?

Vacation

This weekend we had a family vacation. We don't get these very often 'cause I haven't been in the same state for a while. Now that I am back we have been talking about a vacation and it has finally happened. Whitney, my little sister, qualified for State in Science. (Some sort of UIL, but not.) Anyway, we all went with her to San Antonio. We left early so we could do some sight seeing without the school. We took a tour at The Natural Bridge Caverns in San Marcus, TX. Then stopped by the Alamo, Visited the San Juan Mission, and an Indian aqueduct. We all really had a great time. My dad even participated in all the events. (He usually is a big pain to take on trips, but he was surpisingly good.)
While Whitney was taking her test my dad, brother and myself went to a putt-putt place that had bumper boats and go carts. We played a round of putt-putt and the boys drove the race cars and did the bumper boats. While we were there I ran into an old friend from High School. It amazes me what a small world we live in. Anyways, we had a nice chat getting caught back up. And before we left I got back in touch with my old room mate from college. I'm really glad I tried to contact her and I hope that we can stay in touch.
Whitney didn't place in the competition, but she had a lot of fun. We got to go the Magic Time Machine and Dave and Busters with the school.
Over all the trip was really a nice weekend get away.

Wow! I had a wonderful weekend. The coolest is that my hamster had babies!I know most people wouldn't be at all excited about this, but my best friend owns a pet shop. And I she had given me a really sweet hamster in payment of me doing some art work for her shop. Well, we had a problem when she couldn't get hamsters from her supplier ( for a time) and I decied to be an awsome friend and help out a bit. So, both of us are happy that we have babies and since this is the first litter, it makes it even more special! Good job Tabbs and Cedric!

This is a recent pic of me and my best friend on our ski trip. I am the brunett. This pic was taken after three days of wonderful skiing. What a way to relax and excercise all at once! After the skiing we went out to White Sands before we headed back to Texas and had a blast playing in the sand. Such a weird feeling to be hot and surrounded by white "Snow/sand.'

Volkswagen is the DEVIL!!!

To back up my statement you should know that I own a 2003 Volkswagen New Beatle that is a piece of "Boob". Anyways my car has been in the shop 5 times, yes 5, for the same problem. They say it is fixed, but how can you trust someone that has said that it was fixed 4 previous times and then it still has problems?

Not only is the car "Boob," but so are the people that work for Volkswagen. I know I look really young and I'm a female, but my goodness don't treat me like I don't have a brain in my head. My car has a problem and you need to know how to fix your product. Don't try to brush me off my adjusting the timing, or running a diagnostic check then tell me we've fixed everything "Your good to go!"

Anyways, If you are looking a Volkswagen. Please, don't. Not only are they expesive vehicles, but the quality of the vehicle is no longer worth the money they are asking for it.

On Feb. 27, 2004 Toby passed on. I really miss my little dude. He was only two years old. But, what a wonderful time we had together. He loved to playin' fetch, riding in cars, chasing bottle caps and me. Toby was a wonderful companion/friend and will always hold a special place in my heart. The most wonderful thing about Toby was that he was as dedicated to me as I am to him.

I'll miss and love you always Toby.

New Years Resolution

This year I am going to make my new years resolution to read the bible. I am starting a little late but really want to achieve my goal.

The book that I am reading is does a section of the Old Testament, a section of the New testament, a section of Proverbs and the Palms.
Today I read the beginning of creation. It is really amazing how you take for granted the things that we learn at a young age. God spoke and then things just happened, so simple yet so great.

Out of Matthew, I read about the lineage of Jesus. Fourteen is a really repetitive thing.
Well, that is all for today. I will be catching up soon, I hope.

Ok, I'm finally figuring this stuff out. I didn't think that it would truly take this long. Having more time would really help. Have you ever really thought aout having more time in the day to get things done or maybe just to do nothing for a while? Anyways, the pic I posted is of my faithful little guy, Toby.
